August 5-16, 8-10 a.m.
Led by Middle School Cross Country Coaches Wayne Wheatley and Lionel Montenegro, this training camp will utilize the latest techniques in running-- including interval training, tempo runs, core strength work and dynamic drills. Beginners will be taught the basics of running form and trained to increase their pace in order to start the season on the right foot. Advanced runners will be trained to increase speed and stamina in order to be more competitive throughout the season. Come join us and have your runner get August off "on the right foot!"
