Dear Latin Community,
As we mentioned in our communication earlier this week, we are eager to hear your thoughts about the priorities for Latin's next Head of School as well as the professional experiences, skills, background, and personal attributes our new leader should possess.
While we hope many of you will be able to join the Zoom listening sessions currently being scheduled with our search team from Storbeck Search, we understand that some of you may not be in a position to attend or may prefer to offer your thoughts anonymously. To ensure that everyone has an opportunity to have their voices heard in this process, we are inviting you to fill out the brief survey by following the link below. This should take no more than 10-15 minutes to complete:
While you will find some overlap in the questions, that is by intention and will help the HOS Search Committee interpret the results. Please note that the survey will be open until Friday, September 17.
Your responses are confidential and will go directly to our search team at Storbeck, where they will be aggregated and analyzed. Our search team will present themes, patterns, and trends to the HOS Search Committee.
