A coeducational day school serving students JK-12

Roman Water Polo

The Roman Water Polo (RWP) program is designed to introduce the sport of water polo to children 3-12 years old, as well as build competitive skill for athletes ages 12 to 14.

We provide basic skills and understanding of the sport in a recreational format. Although water polo is known for its toughness and endurance, RWP harnesses all the fun, dynamic aspects of the game in a safe, easy to learn aquatic experience that will motivate kids to swim and stay fit!

Athletes do not have to be students of Latin School of Chicago to participate in Roman Water Polo, or any Chicago Latin Swim Club programs.

Students should be strong swimmers who can swim the width of the pool unsupported. Students 8 years old and older should be comfortable being in the deep end. Please bring a towel and swimsuit for each session. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Fees are not prorated for missed or absent sessions, and we do not offer makeup sessions.
