Quarter 1 (July-October)

1. Completed extensive remodeling over the summer to optimize learning and working spaces across the School.
2. Held meetings and established goals and metrics for the School’s Development, Finance, and Facilities Committees.
3. Reviewed and refined the School’s gift policy.
4. Created a framework for multi-year sustainability planning.
5. Developed a Digital Transformation Group to research solutions to replace various systems by the School in order to provide additional accuracy and efficiency.
6. Held Development events to recognize donors and new families.

Quarter 2 (November-December)

1. Created the framework for a long-term development plan, and are working with the Board’s Strategy and Data Committee to devise a dashboard around developing metrics that speak to the success and vitality of the School.
2. Began planning for the Romans Raise and Revel event being held in April.
3. Continued meeting with the Board’s Facilities Committee to discuss long-term options for the Lower School and property acquisitions on Dearborn.
4. Continued working with the Board’s Finance Committee to finalize the budget that will be presented to the Board for approval in May.

Quarter 3 (January-February)

1. Completed first drafts of divisional self-study materials for the ISACS report.
2. Enrolled eight new Black/African-American JK students.
3. Articulated priorities of the AHoS in monthly communications.
4. Continued to gather facilities improvement requests considering risk and economic assessments.

Quarter 4 (March-May)

1. Held a successful Romans Raise and Revel event, which raised a school record $1.8 million. 
2. Continued work to package new innovations for special campaigns on topical needs.
3. Worked with the LSU and Stipend Committee toward finalization of an outstanding Collective Bargaining Agreement issue.
4. Presented and received approval of the FY 25 operating budget and refreshed the five-year financial model.
5. Continued to evaluate facility options as part of our long-term facilities plan.

Quarter 1 (September-October)

1. Set LEAD goals by all departments and divisions via the Senior Administration Team.
2. Established individualized metrics for all LEAD goals set by the Senior Administration Team.
3. Set Board of Trustee goals that align with the strategic vision of LEAD and other school priorities.
4. Finalized Portrait of a Learner work feedback phase and established the core competencies for students.
5. Restored co-curricular activities and sports to pre-pandemic levels and higher, including clubs, athletics, service, performing arts.
6. Expanded clubs and affinity groups across the School. 
7. Launched Canvas as the Learning Management System for the MS and US, allowing consistency and alignment across divisions. 

Quarter 2 (November-December)

1. Established individualized metrics for all LEAD goals set by the Senior Administration Team. We are reporting these out on a quarterly basis. The second quarterly update has just been released.
2. Finalized Core competencies of the Portrait of a Latin Learner. The roll-out has been scheduled, with a January meeting planned between the Portrait of a Learner Committee and Co-Curricular Board Task Force. 
3. Planned and released schedule for Summer@Latin courses and camps, including reinstating the rising JK day camp program.
4. Held a Latin Learners+ Program for parents/guardians about year one of DEI curriculum review.
5. Began implementation of a new Lower School-wide social-emotional learning curriculum that is consistent in language and approach among all teachers and students.
6. Completed curriculum roll out and parent education for The Social Institute, Social Media Education program.

Quarter 3 (January-March)

1. Implemented the Portrait of a Latin Learner formally with faculty and the broader community.
2. Held the February in-service day for faculty and staff to formalize and provide professional development on the Portrait of a Latin Learner.
3. Worked with the Academic Council focus groups on qualitative data collected from the Student Academic Board on rigor and excellence.

Quarter 4 (April-May)

1. Athletics hosted a Positive Coaching Alliance Workshop for all coaches.
2. Final recommendations were made to the Board of Trustees from three years worth of work completed by the Co-Curricular Task Force.
3. The Middle School implemented a new end-of-year awards process that included Portrait of a Latin Learner competencies.
4. The sixth grade team framed the spring student-led family conferences utilizing Portrait of a Latin Learner competencies.
5. The Middle School rolled out a successful first-year partnership with The Social Institutes Win at Social implementing social media literacy into the homeroom and Affective Ed classes.
