Auction 2007 was a Smashing Success!
Congratulations to the countless parent, alumni, and faculty volunteers who donated incredible amounts of time and energy to make this event a success. Guests bid on more than 700 silent auction donations, dined in Hilton Chicago's International Ballroom, and enjoyed Latin parent John Fornengo's wonderful skills as auctioneer during the live auction. By the end of the night, The Latin School community had raised over $1 million in support of the school's scholarship, athletic, arts, and academic programs.
Additional congratulations to our Mercedes Benz of Chicago and Tiffany & Co. raffle winners who took home a ML-350 SUV and a beautiful cocktail watch.
