Lower School Art Show |
The Lower School celebrated its annual Art Show on May 3, 2002. This year's Lower School Art Show featured many exciting projects that students worked on over the year including Egyptian tomb figures painted by the fourth grade; Mexican murals by the first grade; Native American clay pots from the second grade; African masks and a new planetary science project by the third grade; and medieval manuscripts and gargoyles by the fifth grade. Also, for this year's "tableau vivant" students recreated the famous painting "The Yellow House" by Vincent Van Gogh.
