Live & Learn Offers a Variety of Classes for Fall Semester
Chicago - The fall Live & Learn program at The Latin School of Chicago kicks
off this week, offering more than 200 adult classes. These classes, to be held
between now and mid-December, are open to the public for a fee.
This semesters
courses include multi-session classes on topics such as languages, art, music,
business, computers, dance, sports, and fitness, as well as a multitude of one-time
offerings. Many of the one-time classes focus on the upcoming holiday season.
Here are just a few: Monster Bash: Haunted Stories and Witching Hour Cocktail
Party, Oct. 25; Kreative Entertainment for All Occasions: Planning the Perfect
Event, Oct. 20; Holiday Entertaining Tips: Get Cooking in No Time, Nov. 1; and
Holiday Show at American Girl, Dec. 19.
Instructors donate
their time and resources to Live & Learn and the proceeds from the program
are gifted to The Latin School in support of scholarship and faculty grant programs.
