Register Now for Summer at Latin 2002

Registration is currently underway for The Latin School of Chicago’s tots through teens summer programs. From June through August, Latin offers a variety of recreational, athletic, and educational activities for children from 24 months to 18 years.

Considered to be one of the best summer options in the area, Latin has provided safe summer fun to Chicago children for more than 50 years. Summer at Latin is divided into two programs: Day Camp and Summer Programs. Depending on their age, children have the option of enrolling in activities ranging from parents and tots classes and early childhood sessions; to hiking and camping trips to Michigan, California, and Tennessee; to math, science, art, and language courses taught by Latin’s outstanding faculty. This year Summer at Latin also offers a unique opportunity to participate in a tropical conservation project on Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula.

Located near Lincoln Park, the zoo, the beach, and many cultural institutions, the School also boasts outstanding facilities including three gymnasiums, a pool, a rooftop playground, and air-conditioned classrooms.

To receive a catalogue, contact The Latin School of Chicago, Summer at Latin, 59 W. North Boulevard, Chicago, IL 60610-1492. Or call Latin’s Special Programs Office at (312) 573-4516.
