We ARE the State Champions!
It was a magical moment when Latin's girls varsity soccer team celebrated their state championship win on Saturday, May 27, 2006. They became the school's first athletic team to win a state championship in any sport.

In the highest scoring game of the opening day of the 2006 Class A Girls Soccer State Tournament, Latin turns a 5-2 win into a semi-final appearance, a first in school history.

Soccer: Sectional Champs!
With a 3-0 win over Timothy Christian on Monday, the girls soccer team won the Class A Loyola Sectional Tournament and will play in the state tournament on Friday.

Boys Tennis Wins Sectionals
Six varsity players from Latin will play in the state boys tennis tournament over the Memorial Day weekend after winning the Lincoln Park Sectional on Saturday.
