We will begin our stay in the City of the Caesars, visiting the Forum, the Coliseum, the Pantheon, and the Catacombs, ancient tombs where early Christians worshipped. We will continue our time in Rome visiting the Vatican, the Synagogue, and a chapel made of human bones. We leave Rome for the sights of Florence, including the Uffizi, the galleries of Florence, the Duomo, and the Piazza della Signoria. We also will visit the Leaning Tower of Pisa and the Piazza del Campo in Siena. We want our experience to be a meaningful complement to our study of Humanities.
