- "Our visit to the school was a wonderful way to learn about the makings of chocolate. We were taught how to prepare chocolate ganache to fill our own milk chocolate truffles, then learned how to dip the chocolates. The candy was so good that many students made a box or two to bring home. 4 Stars."
- "It was so much fun dipping all our own chocolates, and learning about the effort that goes into making truffles. It was a great place to learn techniques and recipes for baking. Overall it deserves a good four stars."
