Throughout this week we have had cooking instruction and hands-on preparation with some of Chicago's best known and respected chefs. We have been learning cooking basics from the pros and discovering what it takes to make cooking a career.
We have worked with chefs, visited a cooking school, and cooked some meals of our very own. It has been an informative and delicious week. Remember, we all have to eat so let's eat well!
