China on the Cheap cooks Chinese food at Dr. Love's house. We made three dishes: Hunan Lamb, Szechuan Eggplant, and Kungpao Chicken to give an overview of some of the different regional cuisines in the mainland. We also sampled quail eggs, bamboo shoots, lotus root, and dumplings. Despite the large cleavers and woks, no students were injured in the food preparation.
