During the "Chefs of Chicago" experience, our students will become
familiar with the culinary arts by participating in the production and
creation of particular dishes, learn about the history of particular
foods, and the art of cooking and food preparation. Who will teach? Why,
the chefs of Chicago, of course!
Below are photos from our wonderful day at Eli's Cheesecake Company. The
day was led by Jolene Worthington, Executive V.P. of Eli's Cheesecake
Company. The lunch cooking class was led by chef Antonio Rivera, and the
Cheesecake baking was taught by chef Laura Andrews. You can see how
intent we were at learning from the experts, and the rewards of all that
hard work---a delicious lunch!
