Welcome to Latin's Middle and Upper School Regenstein Library. Our goal is
to support the information and academic needs of students, faculty, and staff
of The Latin School of Chicago. We offer reference and research services for
individual students and classes.
Hours:
 Monday,
Wednesday-Friday -- 7:45 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
Tuesday -- 7:45 a.m. - 3:00 p.m.
Library Cards:
Your Latin School ID card serves as your library card. (If you have forgotten
your card, we can look up your ID number at the circulation desk. Never fear — you
can always use the library!)
Library Holdings
Latin's Middle and Upper School Library has more than 19,000 books and 1,500 videotapes.
We subscribe to three daily newspapers and more than 50 magazines, but we
increasingly have become an electronic facility. Our online products allow
us to do research in more than 1,000 full-text periodicals.
Professional Library
A small professional library for faculty has comfortable seating, professional
subscriptions, a VCR and monitor to cue videotapes, a computer, and a large
work table.
